Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

At Chawk Bazar Online, we strive to provide a seamless wholesale shopping experience. Because we deal in bulk kitchen accessories and fragile items, we have established the following policies to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

To maintain the efficiency of our wholesale operations, the following payment terms apply:

  • Standard Orders: A minimum deposit of 10% of the total product price or the delivery charge must be paid in advance to confirm your order.

  • Ceramic & Heavy Products: Due to the specialized packaging and handling required for fragile ceramics or heavy kitchen equipment, 100% full payment is required to confirm the order.

  • Verification: After making a payment via our designated channels, you must provide a screenshot of the transaction and the last 4 digits of the account/number you paid from.

  • Required Details: Once the payment is verified by our sales representative, please provide the recipient’s Full Name, Complete Address, and active Contact Number.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timeline: Standard delivery usually takes 48 to 72 hours. However, please note that delivery times may extend due to courier company schedules, adverse weather conditions, or other unavoidable factors.

  • Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are not fixed. They vary based on the delivery location (Inside/Outside Dhaka) and the total weight/volume of the kitchenware items.

  • EMI Orders: Please note that special discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes are not applicable for purchases made via EMI.

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Final Sale: As per wholesale market standards, sold products cannot be returned for a "change of mind."

  • Liability: Chawk Bazar Online is responsible for the product until it is safely handed over to the customer or the designated courier service.

  • Customer Damage: Any guarantee or warranty will be void if the product is damaged due to customer mishandling, improper assembly, or accidental drops.

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory for Claims): To avoid complications regarding missing parts or transit damage, customers are required to record a video while unboxing the package. This video serves as the primary proof for any claims. Without an unboxing video, claims for breakage or missing items will not be entertained.

4. After-Sales Service & Warranty

  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must retain the original Cash Memo/Invoice to claim any after-sales service. Chawk Bazar Online will not provide any support or service without a valid receipt.

  • Product-Specific Terms: Warranty and guarantee policies vary significantly between different kitchen tools and appliances. You must consult with our sales representative regarding the specific after-sales terms for an item before completing your purchase.

5. Order Cancellation

  • If a customer chooses to cancel an order after the product has been dispatched (out for delivery), the customer is liable to pay the full delivery fee covering the entire process (forward and return shipping).
