• Chawk Bazar Online is a wholesale-focused marketplace. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Wholesale Nature & Account Registration

• While we cater to all customers, our pricing structures are optimized for bulk/wholesale purchases.

• To access certain features or wholesale tiers, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Business buyers may be required to provide proof of business (e.g., Trade License or Facebook Page link) to qualify for "Distributor" or "Bulk" pricing.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

• We specialize in kitchen accessories. Please note that due to the nature of certain items (e.g., traditional ironware, clay pots, or handmade tools), slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur.

• We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% error-free.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, reflecting the volatile nature of the wholesale market.

4. Orders and Pricing

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain items may have a Minimum Order Quantity to qualify for wholesale rates.

• Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if stock is unavailable or pricing errors occur.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of delivery charges.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Bank Transfers.

• For high-value bulk orders, a partial advance payment may be required before processing and shipping.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location and the volume of the order.

• Since kitchen accessories (like glassware or heavy cookware) can be fragile or bulky, we use specialized logistics partners. Chawk Bazar Online is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or traffic conditions in the Old Dhaka area.

• Shipping Fees: For wholesale orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

7. Returns, Damages, and Refunds

• Inspection: Customers are required to inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

• Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

• Fragile Items: For glass or ceramic items, we ensure premium packaging. However, damage claims must be supported by an "unboxing video" to be eligible for replacement or credit.

• No "Change of Mind": Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" once a bulk order has been processed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chawk Bazar Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of business profits or kitchen equipment failure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, product descriptions, and images, is the property of Chawk Bazar Online. Unauthorized use or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
